  Had a issue with my order and the manager was a complete jerk , I will never order from them again!!. I ordered a stinger sub (I think at this point you live in western new York you know what a stinger sub is!) This is the first time ordering from Rocky's I had know idea it was called a rocky sub, therfore I still made my order clear that I wanted hot sauce on the side for my fingers on my stinger sub , I totally get that this could have been a misunderstanding , But when I called the manager was very rude and kept saying that they don't have a stinger sub and he took my order , I asked if he knew what a stinger sub was and he replied yes but ours is call a "Rocky" . He was the one that took my order and if he knew what a stinger was then he should have said that they call it differently. Instead of trying to make any effort to make the situation better ( Because on top of it not being what I ordered the steak sub had very little meat on it and was full of fat) he kept saying I took your order you didn't order a Rocky sub, well guess what!!, every time ive drove buy this place is empty it's obvious why. We normally order from another place ( Brick oven down the street ) and they are always busy and just so happen that we wanted to try Rocky's , if I could rate it a "0" I would . We ordered a chicken finger sub and onion rings the toppings on the subs we not fresh and the rings were under cooked and very greasy Nope not again felt like we wasted our money. Don't waste yours!!!
